Masonry Sand is a finely screened sand designed for masonry work, mortar mixing, and finish-grade leveling. Its smooth texture and consistent grain size make it ideal for projects that require a clean, workable sand.

This material is finer than concrete sand and is commonly used where appearance and smooth finish matter.

• Keep dry before mixing for accurate mortar consistency.
• Store covered to prevent contamination with debris.
• Compact lightly when used for leveling applications.
• Avoid oversaturation before installation.

Once installed within mortar or under finished surfaces, maintenance is minimal.

For Masonry & Mortar Use:

1. Mix with cement and water to desired consistency.
2. Apply evenly for block, brick, or stone work.

For Leveling Use:

1. Spread evenly across prepared base.
2. Screed smooth.
3. Lightly compact if required.

Coverage:
One cubic yard covers approximately 100 square feet at 3 inches deep.
