Bagged Hardwood Mulch
Bagged Hardwood Mulch
Product Information
Organic Texas Native Hardwood Mulch is a natural, double ground hardwood mulch that gives your beds a clean finished look while helping improve soil health over time. It is aged 9 to 12 months to break down properly and add organic matter back into the soil.
This mulch is a great choice for flower beds, gardens, tree rings, and larger landscape projects where you want something all natural that does more than just look good. It helps retain moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate soil temperature so plants can stay healthier longer.
Because it naturally breaks down over time, it helps support better soil structure and long term plant growth.
Available in bags for easy pickup, delivery, and smaller project installs.
Clear the area of weeds, leaves, and old debris before installing.
Spread mulch evenly at about 2 to 3 inches deep. Keep mulch pulled a few inches away from plant stems, tree trunks, and building foundations to allow proper airflow and help prevent moisture buildup.
For garden beds and flower beds, spread evenly around plants without piling mulch directly against the base of the plant.
Rake lightly as needed to keep the mulch evenly spread and looking fresh.
Since this is an organic mulch, it will naturally break down over time and add nutrients back into the soil. Adding a fresh top layer as needed will help maintain coverage, moisture retention, and weed control.
Avoid over-mulching, especially around trees and plants, since too much mulch can trap moisture and affect root health.
Organic Texas Native Hardwood Mulch works great for flower beds, vegetable gardens, tree rings, native plant beds, landscape borders, and larger outdoor projects.
It’s a strong option for homeowners and contractors who want a natural mulch that helps improve the soil while still giving beds a clean, finished look
